No. Facturillo Contador does not replace your system: it syncs with it. It connects with QuickBooks, Alegra, Odoo, Zoho and Xero, and hands them the information already captured and organized.

No. It is not an accounting system like Odoo or Alegra. It is the tool that removes the manual part of your work — collecting invoices, typing data, sorting files — so your accounting software receives everything ready.

Facturillo Contador is built on Panama's electronic invoicing system: the QR code and the CUFE. And we designed it with the help and the judgement of practising Panamanian accountants, so that it solves the real work of the month and not a generic version of it.

In three ways: from your client's Facturillo app, downloaded straight from the DGI, or by scanning the invoice's QR code yourself.

No. Facturillo Contador works perfectly without that. We still recommend it: when the client collects with Facturillo, the invoice enters the panel immediately, the process is much faster and there is less risk of it getting mixed up with other receipts. For your clients with their own business there is Facturillo Negocio, which works together with your panel.

They come in too. Facturillo Contador includes OCR reading: it recognizes the invoice and extracts the important information, even when it does not come from an electronic receipt.
