Connecting your AI assistant takes a few minutes. You paste the connector address into Claude or ChatGPT and approve the connection from the facturillo app on your phone. The assistant reads your receipts. If the "Write permission" appears in your app and you turn it on, it can also add receipts.
Before you start

Copy the connector address
Both assistants connect with the same address. Copy it, you will paste it in the next step:

In Claude: open claude.ai and sign in. Go to Customize › Connectors and choose Add custom connector. Paste the connector address and confirm.
In ChatGPT: open chatgpt.com and sign in. Go to Settings › Plugins and use the + button to add a custom plugin. Paste the connector address and save.
ChatGPT custom plugins depend on your plan. On some plans you first need to turn on developer mode in Settings.
Approve the connection from the app
facturillo does not use passwords on the web: your phone is the key. When the assistant asks to connect, you will see a screen with a QR code.
In the facturillo app, tap the round scanner button at the bottom right of the Home tab (or of the Receipts tab) and scan the QR. If you are already on your phone, tap the link.
The SECURE CONNECTION screen opens. Check that the 2-digit VERIFICATION CODE matches the one your assistant shows.
Tap Approve. Done, the assistant is connected to your account. If you did not start this connection, tap Reject.
You can now ask your assistant about your receipts in plain language. You can disconnect whenever you want from Claude's connector settings or ChatGPT's plugin settings, or from the app (below) if you have Pro.
Your assistants in the app
In the app you see your connected assistants, rename them, disconnect them and manage the Write permission. It is a facturillo Pro PRO feature.
On the Home tab, tap your photo or your initial at the top right to open your profile.
In the TOOLS section, tap Connect your AI. On the Free plan the Pro plans screen opens instead of the sheet.
In the Connect your AI sheet, under YOUR CONNECTED ASSISTANTS, swipe an assistant to the left and tap Rename or Disconnect. If you have none yet, the sheet offers See how to connect your assistant and Use the facturillo scanner.
When facturillo has the Write permission enabled and you already have an assistant connected, the Write permission section appears in the same sheet. Tap Allow adding receipts so your assistants can add receipts, with a limit of 50 per day. To remove it, tap Turn off permission. If you do not see that section, it is not available on your account yet.
Tip
The 2-digit code is your protection: only approve it when the number on your phone matches the one shown by the assistant you are connecting.
