A Pocket is a shared space to track a group of expenses together, for example the ones for your home, a trip or a project. You create it, invite other people if you want, and the receipts that get added are all totaled up in one place.

What a Pocket is

Think of a Pocket as a living folder of expenses. You give it a name, an emoji and a color, and from there you can keep adding receipts. You can use it on your own to separate a type of spending, or share it with other people to keep the group's accounts. Everyone who takes part sees the same receipts and the same total.

How your receipts flow in

From a Pocket you can scan a new receipt straight into it, or pick receipts you already have to add them. Each receipt you add shows up in the Pocket's list, which you can search and sort. The same receipt can be in more than one Pocket, so adding an expense to a group does not remove it from your regular receipts.

The people in the Pocket

When you share a Pocket, you invite other people with a link or a code. You can invite them to take part and add receipts, or just to view the Pocket without changing anything. A shared Pocket holds up to 30 people, and whoever created it can change each person's role or remove someone later.

The Pocket's budget

You can give a Pocket a spending limit per period. When you turn it on, the Pocket shows how much has been spent, how much is left and a progress bar, so the group knows where it stands.
