PRO
Give a Pocket a spending limit per period so the group can see how much it has spent, how much is left, and how it is doing with a progress bar.
Before you start
- A Pocket's spending limit PRO is a facturillo Pro feature.
- You need a Pocket. You can set the limit while creating it or while editing it.
Step by step
Tap the Pockets tab, the last one in the bottom bar, and open the Pocket. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right and choose Edit Pocket. For a new Pocket, tap + at the bottom right of the Pockets tab.
In the LIMIT section, turn on the Set up a limit switch. Pick Monthly (the limit renews every month, it is the option selected by default) or Total (one limit for the Pocket's whole life, ideal for trips) and type the amount in Enter your limit. On the Free plan, tapping that row opens the Pro plans screen.
Save with Save (or Create if it is a new Pocket).
On the Pocket screen you will see the limit card with the progress: how much has been spent, how much is left, and a progress bar. Tap it to open the Limit screen with the detail. To change the amount, tap the pencil button at the bottom right of that screen, type the NEW LIMIT and tap Save Limit. Only the person who created the Pocket can change it.
Tip
Below the limit card is the Pocket analytics card (See trends and categories). Tap it to see the Pocket's spending by category, by store and by person.
If you are on the Free plan, the Set up a limit row carries the PRO label, and on the screen of a Pocket that is not shared you will see a card with the PRO label instead of the limit and the analytics. Tapping them opens the Pro plans screen.
