Share a Pocket by inviting other people with a link or a code, so they can add receipts to the group or just view it. As the person who created the Pocket, you decide each person's role.
Before you start
- Sharing a Pocket PRO is a facturillo Pro feature.
- Sharing is available on your personal account, not on a business account.
- You need a Pocket already created. If you do not have one yet, create it first.
Step by step
Tap the Pockets tab, the last one in the bottom bar, and open the Pocket you want to share. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right and choose Edit Pocket. To create a new one instead, tap + at the bottom right of the Pockets tab. In the SHARE section, turn on the Shared Pocket switch and tap Save (or Create for a new Pocket). On the Free plan, tapping that row opens the Pro plans screen.
Back in the Pocket, tap the three-dot menu at the top right again and, in the Options sheet, choose Manage Members. If the Pocket is shared but it is still just you, you will also see the Invite members button on the Pocket screen, which takes you straight to the invitation.
On the Members screen, tap the round button with the add-person icon at the bottom right.
In the Invite to Pocket sheet, choose the role: Invite as Member so the person takes part and adds receipts, or Invite as Viewer so they see the Pocket's receipts and analytics but cannot add.
The Share Invitation sheet opens with a QR code. The other person can scan it, or you tap Share to send them the link any way you like. The person opens it, downloads facturillo if they do not have it yet, and joins the Pocket.
Tip
A shared Pocket holds up to 30 people. As the owner you can change anyone's role, or remove someone, from the Members screen whenever you want.
What the invited person sees
When they open the link, the person sees the Pocket's name and a button to open or download facturillo. Inside the app, with their account, they see the invitation with the name of the person who invited them and their role, and tap Join (or Decline). Once they join, the Pocket appears in their list, with the same receipts and the same total the rest of the group sees.
