PRO
Special rewards are rewards in the Puntos Facturillo catalog kept for people on a paid plan. You recognize them by the Pro exclusive label. Anyone sees them in the catalog, but only with Pro (or Family) can you redeem them with your points. In the Pro table, this row reads "Be the first to know about new promotions and rewards available in the app". What a paid plan changes is that you can redeem those rewards.
What you get
- Access to store rewards the Free plan cannot redeem.
- The same rules as any reward: they cost points, they have an expiry date and they land in My Rewards when you redeem them.
- Nothing to turn on: on your paid plan, the redeem button appears by itself.
How to find and redeem them
Tap the Rewards tab, the middle one in the bottom bar.
Browse the catalog and look for the cards with the Pro exclusive label. On a paid plan the label carries a badge icon, and on the Free plan it carries a padlock.
Tap the reward to open its detail and tap Redeem Reward. Read the notice and tap Continue. The points are deducted and the reward goes to My Rewards.
To show the coupon at the store and check your active rewards, follow Redeem your rewards.
If you are on the Free plan
On the detail of a Pro exclusive reward the Redeem Reward button does not appear. Instead you see the message «This reward is exclusive to Pro users. Upgrade your plan to redeem it.» and the Upgrade to Pro button, which opens the Pro plans screen.
Tip
A special reward still needs points. If you are short, the detail tells you how many more points you need to redeem it.
