From Export to Excel you download your receipts as an Excel file to sort them, filter them or send them to your accountant. With Custom Excel with analytics you choose which sheets and columns that file holds, use ready-made presets and add an Analytics sheet with charts and a summary of your spending. The customization is a facturillo Pro feature.
What you can do with it
Pick a preset: Standard, Accounting or Complete.
Choose the columns of each sheet: Summary (one row per receipt) and Data (one row per product).
Add the Analytics sheet, with KPIs, categories, vendors, trend and payments.
How to export your Excel your way
On the home screen, tap the round button at the top right (it alternates between your profile photo and a three-dot icon) to open your profile.
In the TOOLS section, tap Export to Excel.
Under SELECT THE DATE RANGE, pick the FROM and TO dates. If you want, pick a POCKET.
Under EXCEL CONTENT, turn on Include analytics to add the sheet with charts and the summary of your spending.
Tap Sheets and fields. Customize your Excel opens.
Under PRESET pick Standard, Accounting or Complete. Under SHEETS AND FIELDS switch each sheet on or off (Summary, Data, Analytics) and tap the columns you want. To see every column of a sheet tap + … more ›, tick the ones you want and tap Save.
Tap Apply. Your choice is saved for your next exports.
Tap Export, the button at the bottom. The file downloads to your phone: on Android it lands in the Downloads folder.
If you change columns by hand, the preset becomes Custom. To start over, in Customize your Excel tap Reset to the Standard preset.
Tip
To send your accountant only the business side, pick Business in the selector at the top before exporting (you need the business profile active). And if you also want the receipts' PDFs, turn on Include PDFs. See Download your receipt PDFs in one go.
On the Free plan
You can export your Excel with the usual columns, for the date range you pick. Exporting a single pocket is Pro: in place of POCKET you see a Pro card that leads to the plans screen. Include analytics and Sheets and fields show the PRO tag and tapping them shows the plans screen. The EXCEL CONTENT section appears in your personal account, not in a family or business account.
