PRO

With Batch PDF download you get the PDFs of every receipt in a period in a single file, together with the Excel that sums them up. It is handy for handing your receipts to your accountant, preparing a tax return or keeping a backup, without opening and downloading them one by one. It is a facturillo Pro feature.

What the file holds

What you download is a compressed file (.zip) with:

table_chart

Your Excel for the period, with a Filename column that tells you which document belongs to each receipt.

picture_as_pdf

The PDF of each scanned electronic receipt, named with the receipt's code.

attach_file

The photo or PDF you attached to the receipts you added by hand.

How to download it

1

On the home screen, tap the round button at the top right (it alternates between your profile photo and a three-dot icon) to open your profile.

2

In the TOOLS section, tap Export to Excel.

3

Under SELECT THE DATE RANGE, pick the FROM date and the TO date. If you only want one pocket's receipts, pick it under POCKET (exporting a single pocket is also a Pro feature). You cannot pick individual receipts: the file holds every receipt in the range and the pocket you chose.

4

Scroll down to ATTACHMENTS and turn on Include PDFs.

5

Tap Export, the button at the bottom. facturillo builds the file and downloads it to your phone.

Where the file ends up

android

On Android, the file is saved in the phone's Downloads folder, you get a download notification and facturillo tries to open it.

phone_iphone

On iPhone, facturillo saves the file and opens it on screen.

Tip

If you use the business profile, pick Business in the selector at the top before exporting and the file holds only your business receipts. See Keep your personal and work spending apart.

On the Free plan

You can still export your Excel. What needs Pro is Include PDFs and also exporting a single pocket: on the Free plan the switch shows as off and tapping it shows the plans screen, and where POCKET would be you see a Pro card. See Customize your Excel.

The ATTACHMENTS section appears in your personal account. In a family or business account the export holds only the Excel.
