In facturillo you always have your personal account and, if you need it, you can be part of shared accounts: a family account or a business account. They all use the same login, and you switch between them whenever you want. Here we explain what each one is, how roles work, and what changes when you move from one to another.
The account types
Personal account: your everyday account, the one you create when you sign up. Your receipts, your Puntos Facturillo, and your budget live here.
Family account: a shared space where several people pool their receipts and see the household's spending in one place. You invite the people you want to be part of it.
Business account: meant for keeping a business's expenses separate from your personal ones. You can also invite other people to collaborate.
You can have your personal account and, at the same time, belong to a family or business account. Each one keeps its own receipts separately.
How shared accounts work
Family and business accounts have members. Each person signs in with their own access and, depending on their role, can do more or less within the account:
Owner: the person who creates the account. Manages it and is the only one who can close it.
Admin: can invite people, change roles, and remove members.
Member: is part of the account and adds their receipts to the shared space.
The current members of a shared account appear in the Members section inside your profile, where an admin can also invite, change roles, or remove someone.
Tip
Joining a family or business account does not affect your personal account. Your personal receipts stay yours and separate.
Switching between your accounts
When you belong to more than one account, you choose which one you are working in at any moment. The active account decides which receipts and data you see and what you can do. When you switch to a shared account, facturillo shows that account's receipts; when you go back to your personal account, you return to your own. Switching accounts is instant and deletes nothing.
