Scan your first receipt

Scan your first receipt in facturillo: open the scanner, point at the QR or the CUFE, and the receipt adds itself once it clears with the DGI.

Forward your receipts by email

Turn forwarding on in your Profile, then forward your electronic invoices to enviar@facturas.facturillo.com. facturillo reads and files them for you.

Import your bank statement

Upload your bank statement in Excel or CSV, review each transaction and add the expenses you are missing as receipts. A Pro feature.

Schedule your recurring expenses

Log your rent, a utility or a subscription once and facturillo creates the receipt on every charge date, with a reminder beforehand if you want one. A Pro feature.

Add a receipt with a photo or by hand

Add a receipt without scanning: attach a photo or PDF and let the AI read it, or type the details yourself. A two-step flow in facturillo.

Add a receipt from abroad

Receipts from outside Panama have no CUFE and are not validated with the DGI. Add them by hand and mark them as foreign.

Keep files with a receipt

Attach photos and PDFs to any receipt, like a warranty, a contract or the original invoice. Up to 10 files per receipt. A Pro feature.
