The Familia plan is a single subscription for the whole group. It gives a full Pro account to whoever manages it and opens a shared account where everyone scans and organises their receipts together. Here is what it brings, how the roles work, and what happens if the subscription lapses. The exact steps to turn it on and use it, button by button, are in How to use facturillo Familia, step by step.

What Familia does not include
Some features belong to the Pro account and the shared Familia account does not bring them: RUC and ITBMS on manual receipts, custom Excel with analytics, batch PDF download, separating personal and work spending, shared Pockets, expense splitting, and bank import. Whoever pays for Familia does have them in their personal account, which is a complete Pro account.
A shared account is not a shared Pocket
The Familia account is a common space where everyone contributes their receipts. A shared Pocket is a different thing: one specific expense tracked between several people, and that feature is Pro only.
Who can do what
Inside a family account each person signs in with their own access and a role: owner, admin or member. The owner is the one who manages the subscription, admins can invite, change roles and remove people, and everyone else takes part as a member. See Your facturillo account: personal, family, and business.
To add people to the group, follow the invitation guide.
If the subscription lapses
The shared account switches to read-only mode until it is renewed. Everyone can still see their receipts and data, but nobody can add or edit. It is a pause, not a loss: nothing disappears, and as soon as the owner renews everything goes back to normal. See My family account went read-only.
