You opened your family account and the app will not let you add or edit receipts: you can only view. This happens when the Familia subscription lapses. The shared account switches to read-only mode until it is renewed. It is a pause, not a loss: no one loses their receipts or data.
First things first
Read-only mode is temporary and deletes nothing. As soon as the Familia subscription is renewed, everyone can add and edit receipts again.
What it means
In read-only mode, any member of the family account can still view the shared receipts and data, but cannot add, edit, or delete. The app shows a read-only notice while the account is in this state.
How to restore it
To return to normal, the owner (the Familia subscription holder) has to renew it. What you do depends on whether you are the owner or a member:
If you are the owner: tap Renovar in the read-only notice, or activate Familia again from the plans screen. The payment is completed in your phone's store, just like the first time.
If you are a member (not the owner): let the owner know so they can renew. In the meantime, your personal account is not affected, so you can keep using it normally.
After renewing: if the account is still read-only, close and reopen the app. The state updates on its own shortly after renewing.
If you already paid but it is still read-only: restore your purchase from the plans screen with the same store account you paid with.
In the meantime
Even while the family account is read-only, your personal account keeps working as usual. You can switch to it to keep scanning and organizing your receipts.
If you renewed and restored the purchase and the family account is still read-only, contact us and we will look into it with you.
