facturillo has three plans: Gratis, Pro and Familia. With the Gratis plan you can already use the essentials. Pro and Familia unlock advanced features and are paid by subscription. Here is what each one includes and how billing works.
The Gratis plan
With the Gratis plan, at no cost, you can:

Shopping baskets also exist on the Gratis plan, with a cap, and Pro lifts it. With email invoices, what is free is forwarding electronic invoices with a QR or a CUFE, with no limit: the AI reading of PDFs and images without a CUFE needs a paid plan.
What Familia includes
The Familia plan gives a Pro account to the owner and a single shared account for the whole family:
Pro account for the owner: whoever manages the family gets a full Pro account, with every premium feature included.
Shared account · 10+ members: a single account for more than 10 members of your family, scanning and organizing their receipts together.
A role for each person: owner, admin, and member, so you decide who can invite, change roles, or remove someone.
The same receipts for everyone: the group shares one space and one subscription.
How billing works
Pro and Familia are paid subscriptions. They are purchased and billed through your phone's store, the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.
How billing works
The subscription renews on its own until you cancel, and you manage or cancel your plan from the same store where you bought it. If you already paid but the app shows you as Gratis, do not pay again: see I already paid but the app shows me as Gratis.
If a Familia subscription lapses, the shared account switches to read-only mode until it is renewed. No one loses their receipts.
Do you have a Negocio or are you an accountant?
facturillo also works for keeping a Negocio's expenses separate from your personal ones, and for a Contador (accountant) working with their clients' receipts. Today all of that happens in the app, and the panel for businesses and accountants is on its way.
